    Had a great honeymoon but have had a HORRIBLE experience trying to get our refunds and travel insurance processed. We had stuff canceled due to the ***** strikes in March. Its been almost 5 months. The refund has been sent to her from the vendors, and shes not giving the money to us. She was refunded but is having us claim it on ********************. Its been consistent back and forth for months of saying she will refund us. It looks like we will have to go to court to get our month back of $3,000+ from refused and awaiting receipts for insurance claim. She wont give us a cost breakdown of our trip for the insurance claim and says the company only does one lump sum. 2 of our hotels confirmed she used Expedia for her hotel booking. **** sent her bank statements and everything. Really great to do to newlyweds. Absolutely horrifying way to run a business.
