  I recently took my car to ***** hoping hed be able to fix my engine light issue and I was only stolen from and lied to. He had my car for several days and told me he would contact me which he never did, I was the one that had to constantly call for updates. On one of the days I called him 5 times and ended up showing up to his shop because I was genuinely concerned. First red flag. I paid for all the repairs he suggested and he told me to call him in 3-4 days if my light came back on, which it did. He told me he would take care of it and that was a lie because now hes completely avoiding me. Called him on the 4th day, no answer so I left a voicemail. Waited an entire day and still nothing from *****. Called again 2 days later and still no answer so I left yet another voicemail. I paid him for repairs that didnt do anything and he is now avoiding me so he doesnt have to fix my car which Im sure he knows he isnt capable of doing. I think its a shame that as a business owner he cant communicate the truth to his paying customers that are trusting him, instead he will completely ignore you and wash his hands with you after you pay him. To me, thats blatantly stealing and extremely unethical. As a business owner that is just not respectable at all and I will never be returning here because of such poor service and extreme unprofessionalism. I will never understand people who take advantage of their customers who trust them in difficult times, but clearly Franks best interest was to get paid. Please, if you want someone who you can trust with your vehicle do not come here! Save yourself the time and aggravation and go somewhere that wont rip you off then leave you hanging instead of just communicating the truth.
