    Disgusting service. On 13 August we sent very important documents from the USA to Ukraine. They promised to deliver in 2 weeks at the most.
    The documents were lost. The tracker is not tracked.
    Today is the beginning of October - the search has not yielded any results. Support is no longer responding at all.
    No compensation or even refund of shipping costs - not received.

    Shipped package to Poland. All bottles were opened and not securely closed resulting in a leakage. I don't recommend this company, I will ship with USPS next time.

    Very bad service.
    Se t Parcells 1 and 1/2 month ago send still not delivered. Customer service doesn't want to help.
    My recommendation- do not use this fraudulent company

    If your package has a small hump or even some sticky tape sticking out, the smart guys at MEEST will run the package through a laser meter and take the largest possible package size to then recalculate the volume of the package upward. Thus, they estimate the volume of the parcel to be much larger than it actually is. And they force Consumers to pay for this air. Easy money, right?

    This is the first time I'm using their service to ship items from *** to **********. They lost/stole 2 items out of 10 from my consolidated package. It's been over a month now since I created a ticket and they still didn't compensate me. Thank god the lost/stolen items were not expensive. Also, there are some hidden fees you will learn during consolidation and shipment. Forget about saving money through them if you have many small items to be consolidated. And never ship expensive stuff over $50-100. I've been shipping hundreds of orders from other shipping agents and never had anything lost or stolen so far in the last 7-8 years.

    They did the same to me, got into my Amazon account, ordered a hand watch for $426.00. But thank god my gmail notified me that a purchase was made on my Amazon account and I knew I didnt make it, got in my account right away canceled it and chanced my password!!! Nice attempt ********!!!

    Held package hostage whilst they hit us up for an additional shipping fees beyond what their invoicing system generated. PLEASE TAKE THE time to file complaints with the *** at http://ftc.gov . Lack of any action allows them to continue without accountabilty.
