    6/19/2023 approximately 3pm ***, security guy, treated me very poorly upon realizing my band had fallen off my arm. Firstly, it was too tight. Which I explained to me. He abraded me with questions. Not really explaining the policy or what the rational was. He carded me and verified my age. The place was a at max ********* he explained. Understood. However, he asked me to the front where they scan IDs like I was some child. I was clearly of age. He then proceeded to ask me to leave which was uncalled for. I was invited in by a person with a vip wrist band who is a loyal customer. He secured the band for me. We were sitting at the interior bar most of the afternoon. (****, by the way is an exceptional bar tender. He was very kind and professional.)I explained this when he questioned me. Apparently since I didnt wait in line I was not allowed in. Regardless of the *** band and where the wrist band came from. If thats the policy, it should be posted in the establishment. It was not. The guy is a poor representation of the type of people that should be working security. He works at a bar not a prison. He just made the owner of this establishment and his associates look completely unprofessional and this place a less desirable place to visit. This experience was embarrassing and humiliating. I obviously left. I am not going to patron a place that treats their customers this poorly. This guy needs a ****** in manners and needs to take his authority complex elsewhere. Im very disappointed with my experience.
