      Please do not purchase furniture from this company location: Kato Corp.FurnitureDepot.com Department ****************************************** I ordered a 5 piece Bedroom set from this company and I purchased their Protection Plan for my furniture, I called and ask for the Protection plan to be cancelled, and to give a refund, which I never received. I contacted my credit card company and they stated that there was no refund credited to my account, so I decided to just keep the insurance, since it was never cancelled. The furniture is cheap and of very poot quality, Most of the dresser k**** broke off, only have for about a 1 year, any liquid on the furniture stains immediately, not of good quality at all. Please do not purchase from this company, their customer service is very poor. This company do not honor their protection plan coverage, it is a scam, to charge you extra. I have called many times for my refund or to honor the protection plan which I had already paid for, since they didn't want to refund my money. They were rude, and you get no assistance, they just keep forwarding you call to other people, and nothing is done. Please do not waste your money, go elsewhere, just not to this location or company.
