    My experience started off good and moving my small 2 bedroom apartment to another 2 bedroom took over 8 hours. After contacting the owner ***** about my missing tools, he said he'd call back after talking with his workers. Needless to say they said they didn't take the tools but did attempt to use them but they didn't fit anything they were attempting to disable so one said he left the tools on a window sill, but that was not the case. I believe the only reason he called me back is because I was supposed to use him to finish my move but I told him I had to cancel because I didn't trust his workers. After further assessment of my belongings I noticed that my floor lamp was not standing up straight and a little wobbly, I went for my tools to tighten the base, but forgot I didn't have any tools. When I layed the lamp on its side that's when I noticed that half of the base was broken. Not knowing that this strange material on the floor outside of the elevator of the building where my belongings were loaded was that of the bottom of my lamp, if I had known I would have collected it and tried to repair it myself. I tried contacting ***** several times with no reply. I even tried to update my review with no success, I feel that it shouldn't have taken more then 8 hours to move 6 peices of furniture and boxes and then taking my tools and breaking my lamp and in the end I tipped the drivers 50 dollars a piece not knowing how my property was treated. Please think twice before using Couch Potatoes!!!
