    14 minutes agoNEW-Edit Delete Dealt with ***** at Fuda Tile, ******. Built a new home and bought our entire home from her. She is very fast paced but I have to say she was helpful. The problem occurred when we were picking a bathroom tile. We told her what we wanted and she did not have a sample in the store for us to see. She said it was white with black veins and she knew exactly what we wanted and she picked the grout color. OK great! Tile came in on time, no issues there. Tile guy put it up and the grout did not match AT ALL! Called ***** and she said I have to speak to the owner *****************. She gave me a song and dance about how they all looked the grout and think that ***** picked the best color. She said it happened to her also and she got used to it. Really you own the store and they made this mistake on your home? So...I went out with my left over tile and found out what grout companies they used and tested myself. ***** picked the brightest white one, I would have picked the one a bit darker. I don't have anywhere to post pictures here so go to Fuda Tile, ****** reviews. I asked **** how she is going to handle this she basically told me they think they picked the best color (of course what else would she say) and to stop obsessing over it and just accept it. She said that my tile guy gets enough business from the builder and have him change it out. **** absolutely took no responsibly over this and basically said once it is out the door it is my problem. Could you imagine buying a whole house and this is what the owner tells you? Owner ***************** would have no business without *****! All ***** had to say was I made a mistake and I liked her so much I would have lived with it. The more **** was rude to me the madder I got. Buyer Beware!!! The one star is for *****, **** gets a big fat 0!!!!
