    On Jan. 14, 2025, I placed Order #**** for the following item: ZEBRA 3K Slotted and Phillips Head Screwdriver Set - 5 Pieces (3 Slotted and 2 Phillips Head)

    One month later, I have still not received my order and it does not appear to have changed status or shipped.

    I emailed [email protected] on Feb. 15, 2024 with the following request: "Can you please promptly provide an update on when I can expect delivery of this order? If you cannot fulfill this order, please initiate an immediate refund due to non-delivery of order." I have received no response from Wurth.

    I would like Wurth to deliver this order, along with a message from Wurth about whether they can actually and promptly fulfill this order. If they cannot, then I would like an immediate refund.
