    I would NOT order from this company. We placed an order several weeks ago for some puzzles and have NOT received them, nor did we get any confirmation of shipping AT all ! We have sent or should I say TRIED to send out emails from their contact us link only to have ALL of them kick back as failure to deliver Have also called numerous times only to find an option to leave a message and STILL havent heard a word on our purchase. So we pulled up the BBB and wouldnt you know. the BBB doesnt back up this company and reading all the complaints and reviews I see why. RUN AWAY. Hopefully this saves the headache for someone else to have to deal with this company.

    Awful customer relations. Dont stand behind product. Cannot get response from them. Not available by phone or email. Puzzle pieces damaged and cut incorrectly. They dont deserve the star I had to give them.

    I have contacted the company several times with no response. I purchased a 1000 piece puzzle. It had 7 missing pieces and 8 duplicate puzzles. I have never had anything like this before. I will not ever purchase their puzzles in the future. I only give one star because I can't give a zero!

    1000 pc puzzle missing 15 pieces & had 1 duplicate piece..2 phone calls/3 emails later..given info form..filled out...never heard from company again..even contacted 2 more times! Never again! Very poor service! 04/2024
