    Tamarack Day Camp has been a great experience for my children, they learned to swim, ride a bike and made life long friends!

    My family is so disappointed with the treatment our son received from this camp. We have been a Tamarack family for years. Years ago, my son was diagnosed with ADHD. We worked diligently with doctors to find the right fitting medication/dosage that would allow him to thrive in social situations. Hes been enjoying going to camp every summer with very minimal behavior issues. He had a successful Summer 2023. The camp gave us the opportunity to put a deposit for Summer **** to guarantee a spot for him. We paid the deposit and signed him up and received confirmation of the transaction.Yesterday to my shock and dismay, an email was received from this camp stating that my son was no longer a good fit for the camp. This email was received without them even attempting any verbal communication with us. I cant help but to view this as blatant discrimination. We will be reaching out to the ADA ********** with ************************* and shedding light on that discriminatory actions of this camp.It really is a shame that in this day and age we have to deal with this. Tamarack needs to learn to include and not exclude.
