      Unfortunately, we have been customers of ******************** for the past 25 years and have been using the same cart since we started with this company (25 years). Because of how the company picks up the cart, it is broken in several places. The result of the broken cart gives access to all the wild animals. The wild animals can get into our garbage and make a mess everywhere. I have contacted Blue Star Carting several times and they just make empty promises that they will replace the cart in a week or two. This has been for the past year. I even spoke to the owner who she was extremely unprofessional and nasty over the phone. We have always paid our bills on time. This should not be the way this company treats its customers. I can not put my garbage out because I have a broken cart and the company does not want to replace it. Please help.

      We notified Blue Star Carting that we wished to close our account at the end of June, 2022 via email as well as via phone. We had paid for annual service, and understood that we would be reimbursed for remaining monies AFTER deductions for cancellation of service and related fees. They said they would come retrieve the bin, determine penalties and reimburse any remaining monies (we paid for a year's service in advance). Over these last four months they've LIED countless times claiming that someone would come pick up the bin and close the account. Even just two days ago, I called in and was told someone would come yesterday to claim the bin. It's not about the money anymore. We just want the account closed and the bin gone. Also, three months prior to the initial request (in June) we had reported a damaged bin and they said they would come and replace it. That also never happened, so along with inconsistent service leading up to June, we decided it was best to just stop the account and settle.

      Over the course of the past 16 months, I have reached out to Blue Start Carting approximately ***** times, requesting that they remove a garbage bin from my property. I have been told on numerous occasions that the pickup would be scheduled and yet, the garbage bin (which is owned by Blue Star Carting) has not been picked up. At times, I have called on a weekly basis, but to no avail. The people I have spoken with have been courteous and apologetic, however, this does not resolve the issue. Their trucks are in my neighborhood 1-2 times per week, yet they are unable to fulfill my request.
