  I am not at all happy with the service I received .One of other consulting agency warned me about them !!But I ignored their words and paid$2500!!They just made a very simple POA and the only job they did gave me a bunch of emails and ask me to email them!!! Finally they said they dont have nothing much to do on my case!!Utter waste !!!Never ever recommend these people to anyone!!!

  I'm so disappointed that Amazon has been unwilling to reconsider its decision to reinstate your FBM privileges. I understand your frustration with this process, especially since its been happening for several weeks. Please note that weve run the gamut of options in addition to the appeals you sent yourself. Unfortunately, we were not aware that Amazon suspended your privileges in the past and Amazon did not want to reconsider reinstating after multiple chances they have given you.

  We received excellent assitance it getting our ASIN back up. This is the second time we have used Riverbend and are very pleased with its help, ideas and ways of conducting business. We will use them again should future issues arise.

  Will definitely use them again. They really try extremely hard to help you with your matter I don't think you can get any better company when it comes to Amazon they definitely know the correct channels to contact for assistance.

  We have had Riverbend handle a few cases for us. They are a top notch company. Any time there is an issue, they have someone talk through the issue with us, and then they formulate a strategy for how its best to handle a particular issue. It's nice to have a company that cares about its customers and want to make sure they are taken care of. This is why we continue to go back to them for any issues we have.

  Riverbend did a great job for me. One of my key products was suspended due to a typical algorithm error and all of my appeals were ignored for nearly 2 months. Riverbend quicly directed me to agent *******************, who completely understood my business model and the problem I was having, He wrote very cogent model letters for me, organized the materials I needed, and showed me where to send them. He really solved the problem very quickly. I highly recommend Riverbend's services. I'll have them on speed dial the next time!

  I had a great experience working with Riverbend. My approach from day 1 was to be patient. Our Amazon account had already been suspended for 2yrs without any luck on our end getting it reinstated. Riverbend said the process could take months...and it did. Amazon is a beast of a company to work with and everyone's situation is different, so they had to try lots of different tactics before they figured out what would work for my situation. I worked with 2 consultants at Riverbend, both were very professional and upfront. I would highly recommend using Riverbend for getting your Amazon account reactivated.

  Riverbend is worth every *****. I chose them because my situation was one of the hardest violations to appeal and ******** and ***** went mercilessly after the suspension advocating for me every step of the way. Not only were they experts in how to challenge the system, I always got the sense they believed in me and wanted me to succeed. In the end, they knew what trends were happening and how to adjust their approach by what they were seeing happen. I had an incredible experience with them and am 100% positive that if I had to do this on my own or used a company that just provided templated Plans of Action (POA), I would have never succeeded. I am infinitely pleased with their results and cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you Riverbend for delivering on what you promised, thank you ******** for advocating for me and thank you ***** for knowing a RIDICULOUS amount about how Amazon works.
