      I am writing to file a complaint against All Around Delivery Service and Sons* regarding the mishandling of my household move and the subsequent failure to resolve issues related to damaged and missing items. (*Note: The company has several aliases: All Around Moves on ******, ************************** is their sometimes-defunct website, All Around Delivery on Yelp, and All Around Delivery Service and Sons on **************************). | SUMMARY OF THE PROBLEM: We hired All Around Delivery to handle our move from ********** to *************, from June 10 to June 13, 2024, for which we paid $4,841. The service provided was extremely disappointing, resulting in significant damage to multiple items and the loss of others. The company has failed to adequately address these issues, leaving us out over $1,200 due to their negligence. | KEY ISSUE #1: Damaged and missing items: missing electric scooter ($599.99); broken computer monitor ($479.99); broken desk leg ($170); broken glass on an 18"x18" photo frame; and marks and scratches on several pieces of furniture. | KEY ISSUE #2: Lack of communication and resolution: On June 30, I first reported these issues to All Around Delivery. On August 30, All Around Delivery said their insurance provider reviewed the claim and denied coverage, citing a $1,000 deductible. All Around Delivery agreed to settle and pay us $810, which we accepted. As of December 10, no payment has been made, despite repeated follow-ups via email, phone calls, and the companys website. | IMPACT ON US: We entrusted All Around Delivery with our possessions, expecting professional care and accountability. Instead, **** faced financial loss, frustration, and wasted time trying to resolve this matter. The company has failed to uphold its responsibility, and the lack of follow-through is unacceptable. | DESIRED RESOLUTION: We are requesting immediate payment of the agreed-upon $810 to cover a portion of the damages and missing items.
