      We 'won' a ******** contest with Kramer Photos. The prize included a complimentary 11x14 canvas photo. The photography session was fine. The photographer was very nice and patient with our family, which includes 2 young children. When it came time to pick out the photo for our 11x14, we were pressured into purchasing a large framed canvas photo (20x24). We were also given the smaller canvas we were initially promised for free. This all ended up costing us over 6K which we are still paying off in installments. When we received our canvas photos after 3 months, some editing was done to the 20x24 photo that completely changed my husband's face. It looked like they had tried to correct his slanted glasses but messed up his eye instead. We reached out to ask for it to be corrected and were told that we would have to wait an additional 3 months for a new canvas photo to be created and sent over to us. Needless to say we are livid. We had approved the photo beforehand and no one reached out to let us know that they would be making this type of change. Additionally, this is something we were upsold, are still paying off and cost several thousand dollars. When we asked for some sort of recourse for this mistake, we were offered a complimentary photo which we were happy to take.....only to find out that we'd only be able to pick from the 2 photos we already purchased. Why would we want 2 copies of the same canvas photo? What happened to the plethora of other photos that we took during our session? We declined the offer and instead, I'm sitting here writing this review.I'm completely disappointed at this experience. I would have been happy to come back after a few years to get an updated canvas photo of our family. Seeing how they are treating us after THEIR failure to deliver on their service, that sentiment is completely out the window.

      We have been cleaning this offices for teh past 15 years , since June last year they have change downership and are not paying ** for our services , unfortunately I woill not recommend this company that cannot honnor their contrtacts with vendors and service providers.

      I have spoken with this vendor and we have corrected the issues that were brought to our attention. Our bookkeeper, for numerous reasons is no longer with the company. This cleaning service and Kramer Portraits are now in good standing.

      I supposedly won a contest to get a portrait painted. When I set up the initial visit, they collected a $250 refundable deposit. I had to R/S my apt because my Husband tested positive for Covid. I called and left a message. Nobody called me back. Despite numerous calls, messages left, and emails, they wouldnt call me back. I then Tried to call and get a refund on the deposit and again, despite numerous attempts, nobody would call or Email me back. Im out $250 for nothing.

      Dear ******, I am sorry that this has been your experience. It is never our goal to keep someones deposit. We are always trying to reconnect with clients and help them to reschedule their appointment. We absolutely still have your $200 deposit on file and have made several attempts to reach you. After you cancelled your appointment via voicemail on 4/4/22, we left you voicemails on 4/8/22, 4/11/22 and again on 4/25/22 trying to connect with you to find a new appointment time that would work for you and your husband. We have no record of you trying to reach back out to us. I am not sure what number you were calling us on, or if you were possibly responding to a "Do Not Reply" email. Since receiving your review on the BBB we have attempted to reach you again to rectify the situation. We have left you another voicemail on 7/28/23 as well as sent you a text message. Has your phone number changed? Do we have the correct contact information on file for you? We would absolutely love to connect with you, and have you come into our studio and experience Kramer Portraits for yourself. Please reach out to us on our studio number ************. We hope to hear from you soon.

      We were told the same thing that we won a portrait with our dogs and to put a ****** deposit down and we were told that the picture would only cost shipping of *****. After the pictures were taken we sat and went over them with this girl. We picked one and she told us it was ******* we almost fell over and then after we told her we need to think about it she told us we needed to decide right now. We went with the ***** picture which was 11 x 14. No frame or anything and she told me she could not guarantee that the picture would not be damaged by the time it got to us. I did actually call the next day because I wanted to order another picture of our dogs alone (which I would have paid $$$ for that because it did come out really cute) They would not even return any of my calls. This place is not trying to do anything nice for people. Beware!!
