    I have constantly received emails from this company, and less than a month ago I called because I am tired of being harassed, I was told how to remove myself. I did that, yet I am still getting communications from this company. I called today, and the guy said he removed me. Not even 5 minutes later I get a call from Daniel asking me if I need any funding and then about 10 minutes after that I am getting a text from Vianka. I am wanting compensation from this company for harassing me umpteenth times. I have been bothered in excess of 20 times in the past 2 months. If I do not receive compensation for the harassment, I will reach out to an attorney and seek full compensation for each violation. I am very aware of the TCPA and harassment laws, as I used to be a debt collector and we had to learn the same laws. Please reach out to me to settle my case or I will be contacting an attorney.     I am rejecting this response because:


    Quite frankly, you’ve had your chances to remove my information. I am still receiving emails, text messages, or phone calls. You should have functions or tactics in please to cease communication when asked. Now that I have asked countless times, I am preferably wanting to take legal action. So if you are not able to amicably offer a settlement for violations of TCPA, then you leave me no choice but to reach out to an attorney. I would like to resolve this without one, but the ball is in your court. Please reach back out and try to mediate a settlement, which would be in your best interest. If not, advise me your intentions and I’ll consult with an attorney. FYI, being a debt collector in the past, I’m aware of all consumer laws and on top of that, I keep detailed documentation to substantiate my case with your company.
