    I worked from march 20th until april 28th for this company and have not been paid. I wasnt able to clock in with the company website until april 21st. *** contacted several people within the company in regards to this matter and keep being told next week next week next week. My bosses name and number is ****** ************.

    I was hired through Next Level Hospitality Services on December 29, 2021. My yearly review was done before December 29 2022 and was submitted for my raise. Since then I have not received any change to my current pay rate. Efforts have been repeatedly made to address the concern with the necessary parties and so far have not received any answer back except they would look into it. I'd like my raise, and for the amount to be backdated when I should have originally received it.

    Yes the nature of this whole complaint is that they owe me money and that kind of stuff they are going on based on their contract that supposedly that it States in there that 4 weeks I had to file for a 4 weeks notice to quit from their facility over at oil city health care and rehabilitation And I only put in 2 weeks and they never told me about the 4 week limit they still owe me vacation and they still owe me sick time I still have an act of status in their area as well as other things in this company This is getting ridiculous I'm getting tired of waiting I have been not working with them since November 4th I will never work for them again and they have given me so much h*** since then

    I work through next level. When do we get PTO time. How long have to be employed through Next level to get it ? Thanks !!

    I worked for guardian elder care for 8 years. They subed our laundry and housekeeping department to next level. I have a total of 2weeks vacation and 60 hrs. Of PTO time. When next level took over I handled iin my 2 week notice and was assured they would pay me for the time I have. I am now fighting with them to receive the money that is owed to me. There are also people who quit because they were never paid.
