    I placed an order for the kitchen cabinets through an agent with this company, and the cabins came in with many different damages. I have already taking two days off to accommodate the delivery and a potential visit from the adjuster that was scheduled by the company. The adjuster never showed as the adjuster claimed that he was directed to New York City instead of coming to an address in New Jersey, where the cabinets we delivered to. When I called the customer service, I was transferred to the account manager or the individual that was handling my order. I received nothing but every negative attitude from that individual refusing to accommodate any of our requests. Out of 11 cabinets 10 had either cosmetic or structural damage. I was instructed by the company and have an email to prove to install damage cabinet and the adjuster will dodo necessary fixes post installation. now the company is not working with us to accommodate our availability and refusing to provide corrections. They offering availability work during the business hours, Which is not realistic, as I have already taking time off from work and not able to do so for the third time. I have requested a refund for damaged cabinets and offered to correct adjustments myself. However, there is still parts that need to be replaced due to damages that were done during assembly and possibly delivery. The company has not been cooperative at all and dictating their terms. As mentioned before I have already taking two daysoff to accompany their prior requests for availability. They are refusing to do the same and correct the damaged goods that were sold by their company.

    We have purchased cabinets from this company through an installer in **. These cabinets are complete GARBAGE! Chipped paint, dents, scratches. I live with just my husband and we are barely home. The cabinets are about a year old. No one has bothered to try and resolve this.
