    Got a quote, scheduled a date for the service to be completed, and they show up not on that date. They couldnt do the job since nobody was home. Confirm a 2nd time now 2 days prior to the job getting done, and then no one shows up. No call, no notice, no show. We call the company (twice) and they leave a message for the correct department - no call back. Unprofessional and waste of time. Would not recommend.

    Poor installation and workmanship. I had to be quality control since nobody from LF was on-site. Salesman was my only way to communicate and ask for help. Requested a manager to call me, they didn't. Requested again, they didn't call. Finally after raising H*** the sales guy had a competent tech spend the day fixing a botched up install. What a train wreck !!!!

    The installer did a poor job! Some of the panels are sagging and allowing debris to get into the gutters. The leaf build up in some areas constantly cause the gutters to drip. The follow up service to fix and clean the problems has been terrible. The area supervisor says he will call or return my call but never does. Should not be allowed to do business in Washington state. The $$ money saved was NOT worth it. LIFETIME WARRANTY IS BS.

    RJL ************ should not be allowed to be in business! The ** commercials LIE! The water does not go through the mesh as the commercial states when they use a cutaway. The water drips over the edge of the gutter and I get a wall of water coming down. Where the guards meet, I get a faucet effect. All this water ruined a cement flower pot in front of my picture window and it will cost a lot of money to replace the bricks and cement. When they came over the employee said that this is the way it is supposed to work. I now see why: THIS BUSINESS IS NOT BBB ACCREDITED.THE PRODUCT IS GARBAGE! STAY AWAY FROM IT!!!
