    These are not serious people. I went back and forth with their customer support for a whole week and then ended up cancelling my service with them. *****.

    It started out fine, or so we thought. Then they said the price was going up to $25 per month for HIPAA compliant service, which was not available just a few months before when we signed up. When we asked for an explanation, ********** with Humblefax responded unprofessionally and failed to answer our question. We wondered how they knew the contents of what we were faxing? **** claimed they have AI technology, but its clear a human must have reviewed the contents of our communication, in violation of HIPAA, to be so certain that we were required to pay $25 per month for HIPAA compliant fax service. (Side note: we consulted with an attorney who advised that we are not required to use a HIPAA compliant fax service so long as we are otherwise complying with the regulations.) After canceling the service, we also discovered that several important faxes that were shown as successfully delivered by Humblefax NEVER ARRIVED at the recipient. Lastly, they released our fax number we ported over from ***** a number our organization has had for many years, so that we were unable to port it to our new, competent fax provider.

    Scammers. Changed their terms midway through my contract for high volume faxing and there is no real person to talk to. They increased my monthly after lying about their new terms. Beware!

    TOTAL SCAM! This business should be investigated. They promised unlimited faxing and then close your account after a few faxes even though we paid!! They send you nasty emails and are extremely horrible to deal with-- do not use them!! They will STEAL your money!

    They are hustlers! They offer a $10 free unlimited faxing with encryption but when fax at high volume they will close your account and force you pay service..

    Shady and untrustworthy. They are falsely advertising their services and deactivating people's account if they send a few faxes. They are deceiving you into believing you can actually fax and not disclosing their real terms. Their customer service is simply nasty. I would not recommend.
