    I ordered cinnamon and sugar bagel chips from this company in June. I recently have opened them to start eating them, and an overwhelming smell of solvent or gasoline came out of the bag. All three bags that *** ordered, reek of some kind of solvent in the actual chips themselves.I have contacted the company yesterday by their instant messaging system, and also by their voicemail, when calling their customer service. I heard nothing back. I also called and left another voicemail message today, as well as an email response to my original order, and have heard nothing back.I would like a refund of my total order, because I do not feel safe, eating their products. This issue isnt a matter of smashed products, or just not liking the taste, but if possible poisoning, if I were to eat their products, because of the undeniable smell of chemicals in their food.The fact that they have not gotten back to me, about such a very important issue, greatly concerns me.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is somewhat satisfactory. When the company finally messaged me with the offer of replacements, I agreed to that with the hopes that the issue has been resolved.

    What continues to concern me though, is my repeated offers to return the products,so that they can try and figure out what went wrong. They claim that the strong solvent smell was probably from being in an overheated situation during shipping. Ive had other food products overheat during shipping, and never have I gotten products with the smell of strong chemicals. They claim it as a one off situation, but of course they would claim that, because otherwise, that might open them up to other inquiry from food safety organizations.
    I hope they look further into this matter internally, so that whatever happened during production, does not happen again.
