      My case has been settled since August , they are still holding funds saying I have outstanding medical bills. I have spoken to the medical providers and they have told me otherwise. They are actually withholding more than what my medical bills are. They keep telling me by law funds can not be released to me but they have taken out their attorney fee of 33% and from my understanding, if me as the client cant get funds release to me how is it the attorney fees were taken out and paid out if medical bills are not sorted out ? I have been calling and nobody has returned my phone calls or reached out with valid and transparent information about my case. It's been over 3 months the case has settled. I am under the impression they have gotten paid and now ignoring me.

      yes , I spoke to business we discussed the situation but until the situation is resolved I need this complaint to stay open please because it has been too long & prolonged enough , over 3 months is unacceptable. Thank you.

      I had a lawsuit that I won, the law firm has been holding on to my additional funds for over 5 months, telling me that they will release it when they are ready. I can't understand why they, why they will not release it, my funds and why i have to call them regarding money that I need. I spoke with ******************* and rep ******** ************. she stated that some of my funds are free, but she won't release it, and she is very dismissive.
