    I purchased a wall mounting bracket designed for holding a solid body electric guitar for my accoustic guitar to ensure it would hold a midrange accoustic guitar since it was the last gift from my late mom. The bracket failed and wound up causing $500+ in damages (that estimate was provided by a guitar center repair tech) I have still not received a refund for the defective bracket and I have left several messages for the corporate office as I feel at the very least I deserve a replacement guitar for the added value and I have gotten nothing
    I did receive a call from the store manager where a far more serious infraction occurred and he offered me a very nice electric guitar for half price. While I would love that guitar I simply cannot afford it on my fixed income as a former employer from 20 years ago I am appalled at the lack of response and the continual poor understaffed service I think I was told that the corporate office was going to make it right, but it's been six months. Typical negligence resolutions are twice the actual value of the damage and I believe the damaged guitar was bought in 2008 for around $300, so I think I should get at the least $600 which combined with the humiliation I had at the store is fair. I would like to have the BBB step in and assist in any way you can please
