      Signed two contracts with Doctor Fix-It. 1 was a contract for $2000.00, vaguely titled "repair" and a second $4500.00 vaguely titled "water mitigation". After removing a split duct HVAC system, the contractor cannot figure out how to remount the unit correctly and it is leaking.The contractor stated that this could have been the source of the damage, but system was not leaking before. Water damage was above the unit, and it was initially diagnosed as damage from rain.Contractor also verbally claimed that they initially "overcharged" me and $1,000.00 for the rebuild portion.Both *****(owner) and *****(worker) have shifted the goalpost in their interpretation of "repair" and "water mitigation". And slowly started to say that other work that was promised was not included.I payed $6,500 for small demo work that lasted 4 hours and for them to turn some fans on for 3 days. And just string me along the whole time. Total Rip Off.
