    11/24/2024 Wolfschmidt was contacted to connect a sink that was purchased and replace a cartridge for the upstairs bathroom. Both could be done within 30 minutes. In order to bill extra hours the technician said he had to go back to the office and disappeared for an hour. When he returned he drug his feet not only on hooking up the sink downstairs which should have taken no more than 5 minutes, but also took so long to get the cartridge up the street we wondered if he was returning, then he took extra long upstairs to do a quick job so he could stretch out what should have been a 30 minute job into a 2 hour job. He also changed an extreme amount of money for the cartridge. This was a complete shock when we saw the bill of 550. I almost threw up. This is unfair and this is taking advantage of hard working people in a small town.

    I just spoke with you regarding the above referenced ID number.  This situation has been resolved as my boss refunded customer, ***** ***, all of his money.  I guess ***** failed to tell you that he shoved our technician and he fell to the ground.  Great guy!
