      Review for ********************************, ************, ** I recently had a very disappointing experience at ******************************** with my 12-month-old puppy, who was injured and in need of immediate care. After calling ahead to inform them of our situation, we arrived to find the place not particularly busy. There were only a few people ahead of us in line when we signed in, with just three clients in front of us.However, what followed was incredibly frustrating. We waited for a staggering two hours, only to be informed that we would need to wait an additional two hours to be seen. This was from 12:15 PM to 4:54 PM, and at that point, we still hadn't been seen. To make matters worse, the staff couldn't even provide us with a specific time frame for when we would be attended to.The lack of communication and the prolonged wait time were unacceptable, especially given the urgency of our puppy's condition. Eventually, we decided to leave without receiving any service, which is not something I ever expected from a veterinary *********** a Registered Kennel with substantial followers, I feel compelled to share this experience. I will ensure that all my clients are aware of the poor customer service we encountered here. It's crucial for pet owners to feel assured that their furry friends will receive timely and compassionate care, and unfortunately, that was not the case at **********.
