    I am writing to formally demand a resolution regarding the incorrect and poor-quality installation of my kitchen countertops, which was completed on November 2024 at my property located at ** ******** *** *********** ** *****. Despite multiple attempts to have the issues rectified, four months have passed, and the problems remain unresolved.

    Issue Summary:

    1. Defective Workmanship – The countertops were improperly installed, leading to , uneven surface, gaps, improper sealing, damage, misalignment.

    2. Failure to Provide Remedy – I reported these issues on the day after installation, and despite repeated follow-ups in December 2024, January 2025 and February 20250 no corrective action has been taken.

    3. Breach of Warranty & Consumer Protection Violations – Per company’s warranty policy and New Jersey’s consumer protection laws, I am entitled to a properly installed product free from defects. The delay in addressing this matter is unacceptable.



    Requested Resolution:


    I am requesting one of the following remedies:

    1. Full refund of 7230.13, as the workmanship does not meet reasonable industry standards.
    or

    2. Immediate replacement of slab over stove (new countertop) of the installation at no additional cost.
