    Im extremely frustrated with TopCashback USA. I cannot log into my account (email: **************************) despite resetting my password, and my account holds significant unwithdrawn cashback. Ive emailed @qualityteam and @contact multiple times with no effective response. Their request for transaction invoices seems irrelevant to fixing a login issue, with no explanation provided. This has been unresolved for days, causing great concern. Please investigate and restore my account access urgently!

    Multiple times I have purchased things simply because TopCashback had a great cashback offer, and after carefully looking at the terms and enabling the offer before purchasing they've made me wait 6 months before denying my cashback for no valid reason. I was hoping these guys are legit because their offers are but this is a scammy website, avoid at all costs.

    I have used TopCashBack USA for several years and have successfully earned money back on most of my tracked purchases. I have been frustrated with a few item claims that were rejected even though I did not see any limitations that should have prevented cashback. Overall it has been a great tool to give me cash back on online purchases. Payout time is slow, but that is clearly stated. I have no complaints on payouts. I've redeemed my money as gift cards and received bonus amounts on top of my saved cash. This is a legitimate company that eventually pays cash back if purchase is properly initiated through their site and meets requirements of their partners.

    A good service to get cashback on items you are going to purchase anyway. My biggest complaint is the wait from having your transaction posted, until the transaction is actually marked 'verified'. Sometimes it may take over a month.

    They have the highest rewards as opposed to other cash-back companies. Just type in the store and when it pops up, just click and go. Cash redemption is easy and you have many different options. I would definitely recommend!

    I chose prepaid gift card to cash out the rewards, which only gives me 6 months to use it and dont allow to send a replacement card when expires, my money is forfeited.

    SCAM. Purchased 2 pair of full price from sunglass hut with an anticipated amount of cashback. I use a number of sites like this for my purchases, always looking for the best yield before making a purchase. After making the purchase, I noticed that the total purchase was not accurate; only a third of the price was reflected. I submitted a claim, followed up, offered proof, and was put on hold for 2 months. Apparently, after 2ish months, they release the claim. After following up on the claim, TopCashback closed it. I messaged again, with no support. I was hopeful that they would furnish what was due to me, but this site is just another useless bot with no customer supportand were all getting sick of those, arent we? Avoid.
