    shoprite was advertising Tide simply free at $2.99 for 32 oz.Every bottle I picked up on the end display felt different.Some were half full ,some were 3/4. Not one seemed like it was 32 oz. I brought 4 of them to a produce scale to weigh them.They were all different.This is not good.I feel cheeted

    We purchase items like Tide direct from the manufacturer.  The product should match the weight on the item.  Those issues should be addressed with the manufacturer for further assistance.  I have as a gesture of goodwill applied a $3 credit to your *************** account.  Thank you.

    For order #********, I needed to modify an order that would be delivered the next day. I called the store on ********************* that I was reluctant to order from in the first place and didn't get any assistance at all. The person on the phone was completely unwilling to assist. I called the **************** number, which claimed she escalated to store management, which has also refused to assist. I am a frequent flyer at Shop Rite but in Westchester County. To shop at a location that is unhelpful to modify an order that isn't due the next day is extremely disheartening to a customer who needs assistance. Furthermore, to have management never return a call to attempt to assist the customer is unprofessional and doesn't ****** a continued feeling to shop at this particular location; I have still yet to receive a phone call or any sense of urgency to address my concerns.
