    First off this all started in July of 2024 to give you an idea on how long this back and forth process has been. The sale ***resentatives ****** ******* who I think doesnt work for the company anymore, she specifically told me that the company could help buy my loan out from square, which was ***** at the time without interest or even beat the loan term that I had with square. The company sent me to 2 different third party cash advanced companies and they couldnt come close to helping me out. After a couple of months of back and forth, no one from upper management would call me to help me out. They only have customer service **** that are told what to say, and the technical support *** wasnt any help at all. They kept pressuring me to start processing with them, and forcing me to process rather than helping me out with my loan that I had with my current square processing. Its been over 7 months and no one from upper management has called to apologize or resolve this issue. The amount of time as a business owner I have spent with emails, phone calls to my restaurant and cell phone, equate to more than the amount below that they want to give them back on a 2 year lease. I received this letter which states that they want me to pay $7,519.32 to keep the equipment and $6,807.00 if you return the ************ writing all of this as this is worth my time sharing my experience and issue has been with this company ********* and Finova capital. Stay away from both of these companies as they arent for your business, its the complete opposite. As a business owner for more than 7 years, this is not a partnership or relationship you want to have with this company. I hope this blesses at least one person who reads these concerns of businesses.
