Panco Management took over my property on my move-out date, while the residents were notified literally last minute. Following my move, they sent me my move out report and charged me for parking and utility fees for the month after I moved out? It has been two months, I called the office and they provided me the Managers contact. Manager has not contacted me back nor has my security deposit been returned to me. Very unprofessional and mismanaged. I normally don't like to do things like this, but it seems it's all I have until I get a response. I should not have to **** you down for MY security deposit. If you can avoid living with ANY of their properties, do yourself a favor and avoid the headache.

We rented our apartment at the Point in Abington and our experience as tenants was great until we moved out. We did end our lease 3 months early due to finding a house and alerted the company that we would be leaving, unfortunately we were going to have to finish paying the rent that was in our contract. During the final walk through I asked the property manager how soon they expected to rent out this property and she told me “within 5 days of us leaving” when I asked if we would still be required to pay up to the end of the lease she explained that this was a Panco policy. My husband decided to email someone from Panco and received no response. It seems fishy and illegal to take money from the tenant leaving and then charging someone a first last and security to move in. It is double dipping and stealing. I would say don’t come to these places if this is an intermittent option where you may have to break the lease.

Sumitted an application to rent an apartment and was approved pending a verification of rent. I have never been late; I have perfect credit. I filled out the information that included my landlord for the past six months- that is what they require. She never received the verification of rent. They somehow sent it to my old landlord WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION TO RELEASE CREDIT INFORMATION - They denied ME DUE TO THE PROPERTY MANAGER SAYING I WAS EVICTED- THIS WAS A LIE. THE CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS CORRECTED THE VOR and fired the manager. The ***** AT ***** is the PANCO property and would not overturn their decision. I was humiliated and not refunded my $600 dollar deposit

I have been a resident at this community since 2017. Multiple times it has been repurchased by new management over the years. I was hoping Panco would be better. I pay for my own parking spot $125 each month. Half of the month you had it blocked off. Literally 2 weeks management threatened us that they would charge us $75 in towing if we park in a spot we pay for when I asked for them to give me a discount or half of my money back they simply said this is not negotiable, hopefully you enjoy the upgrades to the community. Which is paving the asphalt. This is how they do business. Take your money then threaten to charge you if you park in your own spot because they decided to upgrade in the middle of thanksgiving and Christmas. I am requesting that I be credited at least half of my garage fee in the amount of $62.50

Rent cost: 2850.00$/month for a 2/2 apartment at the Point on Southern Blvd. when signing my lease many amenities were promised including a kids park, a clubhouse, resort style pool, full gym and steam room. I am currently in my 8 month of ************ any the steam room has been closed for good as related by Panco Management staff *********************** who is the regional manager . It was related via phone call directly from her that they see no need to honor the amenity as most of the community does not use it, however as a nightly user of the steam room I can assure you that nightly I sit with 5 or more people and enjoy this amenity. ************** related that it was not worth their time and money to fix the issues and that they were going to just tear out the amenity. This is a breech of contract as at the time of signing I was promised use of all amenities. The clubhouse was said to allow parties and get together a when I moved in but was on delay due to Covid 19. Since community transmission rates have dropped low enough for mask to be removed in Public this amenity has never been opened. It was related by the manager on property that the cause for this was due to parties not cleaning up after themselves. If this is the case it should be resolved with allowing parties to rent the club house for a cleaning fee and sign a rental contract for the clubhouse amenity putting liability for cleanliness on the user. This company seems to punish the renters that take care of the community and want the best for it due to the actions of people that do not care. With the amount of families living in the complex you are bound to have bad renters but the renters who withhold their side of the rental agreements should not be punished.
