    I paid for my item almost 2 weeks ago and the **** tracking status still shows "**** Awaiting item" ive asked customer service several times why **** hasn't gotten my package yet and they keep beating around the bush and avoid answering my question. This is starting to feel like a scam. 3 says ago customer service said he would look into this and get back to me and I still haven't heard back from them. Please send me my item or refund me

    I ordered grill lights last summer from *** got the lights around Halloween. Took my jeep and the lights to **** on Carlisle pike to have them installed. **** said they would not install the lights when closing the hood the wires hit and they would break from opening and closing the hood. The bill for that them trying to install was $105.00. Which I paid... I then returned the lights back to MFC thru *** and *** returned them to me again $17.99 for that shipping original shipping MFC$29.99.. *** said the address was not correct... Contacted *** again was told to ship it to his house ***** Ln. so I sent it to there... Have waited and contacted them several time throughout. Then about 3 weeks ago finally got a return call.. Explained again the situation was asked what I wanted to do about this refund or a credit? I asked for a refund he said there was a restocking fee.. I said ok. I paid about $350.00 for the light he ***** stated I would get around $230.00 or $240.00. He said the check will go out this week. That was at least 3 week's ago.. I have called again last week with no response yet.. I don't understand I have spent alot of money with this Company!

    I placed an order for strut collars on September 14, for the total amount of $102.90 (including delivery insurance. I emailed MFCOFFROAD on September 17, to find out if these items were on back order. Later the same evening, Stephanie replied back and stated that the items I ordered were in stock, but, that it would take up to 3 business weeks to ship. I received notification on September 28, that a shipping label has been created, and they're waiting on the pickup. October 11, I emailed again requesting an update and received no answer.
    I emailed this morning, October 18, and as of yet, have not received an answer to that email nor has the shipping/ tracking been updated beyond "waiting on pickup".
    I'd like someone to give these gold the proverbial bump to get my order moving, please.

    I bought a 6 switch distribution center from this company. ******************************************************************************************** The product on the website and shown in the installation video ( **************************** ) is not what was sold. There is a single sheet pdf ( *********************************************************************************************************************** ) that shows what is in the box that has the newer, larger, item pictured, but zero information on potential fitment/interference issues for the new design.The new product has different dimensions and cannot be mounted as shown in the video(time 2:51-3:00), and when asked about this issue, with attached photos, was told I did it wrong (I tried exactly what the laughable instruction video showed). I was told to try pinching it between the computer and bettery tray instead of the original solid mount using actual bolts. This is a method that I do not feel is proper or safe for something involving electricity and that sits directly over the battery terminals on a vehicle. Also, prior to writing to the company I looked at said method before asking, noting it interferes with other parts of my vehicle, somethin else not mentioned in the video or literature. Ironically, the item depicted in the product photos and the video would have fit with no issues, if that was what they were selling.If the seller will not revert to the previous design they need to update the product photos and instruction video to cover what they feel is the proper means to attach said product, and some more thorough written instructions would be beneficial as well.

    I ordered a suspension package from MFC Off-road, got an email saying the order was received then heard nothing for 11 days so I checked back in on the order and it turns out the product is back ordered 3-6 months. They must have had that written very small at the bottom of the page because I would not have ordered the product if I had seem that anywhere on their website. I asked for a refund and they said theyll refund only 50% of the sale price because its a custom product which it absolutely is not custom you can order it from several different websites. They also said I agreed to the return policy terms that they dont have visible from any of the pages I visited while checking out. So just ****************************************************************************************************** stock, seems like a very poor business set up to me. Wanting to warn people about their poor business practice and really just want to receive my full refund for the product that they dont even have in stock on their shelves for another 3-6 months.
