    I have been using POS Solutions product (register equipment/software) in my store ************ (LLC - owner) for approximately one month to complete transactions. I have come across several technical and accounting issues in that time and have reported them to both POS Solutions and Shift4 that processes the payments for POS Solutions (they are contracted together). I first reported tech issues at the end of *** regarding receipts printing out inaccurately and the system not attributing processing fees correctly on a split transaction. After back and forth communication for well over a week, I was told that these are known issues with the software and that all they could do is report it, but not fix it. I started to notice accounting issues regarding daily payouts, as well as additional charges I was receiving on my account. I initially called Shift4 on 6/6/22, and was told that I would hear back within 1-2 business days. I had not heard back by 6/10/22, so I called back. I was passed around between 4 different reps of both Shift4 and POS Solutions for 1 hour and 25 minutes. The extra charge was explained as a fee for not hitting the monthly minimum in surcharges for *** and was negotiated, but the payout discrepancies had to be escalated and once again I was told that I would hear back in 1-2 business days.I did not hear back by 6/17, so I reached out via POS Solutions website. I had been going back and forth with them through 6/20, sending information that they requested so they could look into it. As of today (6/23), I had not heard back, yet I received an invoice for another unknown charge. I called it in, after more back and forth, they informed me that it was a fee for not meeting the monthly surcharge minimum in ***, which I was already charged for on 6/2, so they are charging me twice. When I asked whom I could speak to to cancel my contract due to their inability to resolve these issues, I was stonewalled. Docs available via email.
