    I had an issue with a Denon receiver and sent it to them to diagnose. It was sent back to me claiming no issues when the unit was not even close to working properly. There's no possible way they could've done a single test on my receiver that would've been successful or there equipment used to test receivers is trash. I honestly doubt that they even looked at it. I reconnect the receiver and it still didn't work properly. I called them and they tried passing the buck the entire time in claiming that it was my speakers that are bad when I know for a fact that they are all perfect and had been working on this receiver for 22 months straight with no issues until now with no changes made, all brand new and only use the speakers for low volume. I had to send the receiver back again due to this and the receiver was destroyed by *** in the process of getting to ***********. Now I'm out $500 because they don't want to do their job right the first time and chose to blame speaker for their lack of work! I purposely waited about 3 months to file this complaint because I purchased a ****** receiver and connected it to these SAME speakers and it works better than all 3 of the Denons the I owned. Not a single issue! I wanted to prove that it wasn't my speakers legitimately before using more of my time on this matter and filling a claim on it. I'll never go with ***** again and *********** is about as bad as them! To bad they're isn't -5 stars on the review because this is all just words and I'm still out a lot of money due to others errors.

    I had an issue with a ******* receiver that I received as a gift, after speaking with the manufacturer they provided me with a list of authorized vendors and I choose Panurgy based on proximity and reviews. I sent this out for repairs and shortly after I received confirmation and work would begin. This process took place during the Christmas/New Years holiday timeline so I am completely aligned with the amount of days that passed from start to finish. I did communicate with ***** ******** who actually picked up my call and walked me through any issues and worked performed to my receiver. In the end the results were nothing less than perfect and I am enjoying my receiver as it was designed. I would recommend Panurgy to anyone that is given their name for repair work warrantied or not.
