      I followed each and every direction to start it properly. When fully charged, I paired the watch and was hopeful that it would do what they claim. 3 hours later, screen goes black. It responds to nothing. No movement nor buttons. I check the battery status and its still showing fully charged. I hit the reset on the app and still nothing. Next I contact the company and get ***** from ***************** I demand that they send me the process for returning this garbage watch. He or she says that they require a video showing them the problem. I am under no requirement to provide them with a thing. Its now been more than 10 days and **************** responded. BBB complaint will be next. SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS CONPANY!
