    i paid $33.84 for online speed event , scheduled for dec 1, 2024.i postponed all my other weekend activities,just to attend this event .

    but during the event,i was made to wait for about one hour & 30 minutes ,and my online window was being forced to close again & again.
    i had to keep logging in. I requested them many times, via chat, why i was not being connected to any other attendees ? they didnt bother to respond!

    finally, i only got one chat response, that they dont have any attendee present in my age group, so i have to keep waiting.......why didn't they inform me before the event? or offer to reschedule ,or refund? why did they waste my precious time,i could have done other tasks that day !

    finally, right before the event time was about to finish, they connected me with someone, who was brought in last minute,just to because i was complaining!!! this person did not seem to dress up for the event too !

    please refund my money.and investigate this fraud company holding fake events.and demeaning people of my age ,esp women, by taking money and then telling them shamelessely, that there is no one in your age group!!!
