I was training with Lacy since March and it was fine at first with being new to having a trainer and working out in the gym but it started to go downhill after about 4 months in. He doesn't really help with meal plans or provide any nutritious guidance, just basically gives you a workout to do and the gym space/equipment to use. He's so busy on his phone during the session that sometimes he didn't correct my form until I was already well into the workout with completing a set or two. I noticed a pattern of him being inconsistent with keeping the scheduled sessions any time after I submitted my payment for additional sessions. I was trying to train consistently for just two days out of the week but he couldn't even commit to that, some days he'd cancel when I'd already be on my way to the gym or already there waiting for him. He also started being weird with trying to turn things from what was supposed to be professional to inappropriate behavior as a trainer. I realized that I didn't want to train with him anymore so I've asked him to refund me my money that I paid for an additional 10 sessions for this month (November) but did not get to use. He refuses to provide the refund.
