    Would give 0 stars if I was able to very unreliable! I needed work done fast because I wanted to adopt 2 ****** children. *************** told me it would take tops 2 months well 2 yrs later its still not done. they did work with no permits . Failed inspection and just closed everything up without getting reinspected. Left work sloppy/****** and told me it was finished left work out that I was charged thousands for customer service is horrible the owner is never there nobody gets back to you they blocked me on all social media so I cant contact that way all around horrifying experience I hope no one else makes the same mistake I did .

    I initially contacted Joe Percario Contractors for a roof estimate as I used them many years ago when I first purchased my home. The estimate was done by the owner, and he stayed right on target. I decided to expand the job to kitchen, bathroom, and new windows. They helped me design a layout to maximize my small space to create an efficient kitchen with plenty of storage, offered me a very reasonable quote and the end result exceeded my expectations. Everything turned out beautifully! The crew was prompt every day, worked hard, cleaned up, and completed the projects quickly. The workmanship on tile is amazing. Im not a person to make quick decisions and need to think everything through first. The crew kept me informed of everything they did and brought things to my attention I would never have thought of. Always willing to answer my questions or make a recommendation even after the work was completed. I finally have the kitchen and bathroom Ive wanted for years!

    Had a great experience with Joe Percario General Contractors on our kitchen addition. From the start of the project they had creative solutions for expanding our existing kitchen. When work began our 100 year old house had some surprises which they anticipated and were able to keep moving forward. *** Percarios core team was professional, worked well together and seem to enjoy what they do. They gave excellent advice and guidance to help us make decisions along they way. The subcontractors were also professional and efficient. We are thrilled with the new kitchen and spend a lot of time there. The design is gorgeous and so much more functional than our old kitchen, truly life changing. We just hosted our first large gathering with the new kitchen and our friends and family were blown away. We highly recommend Joe Percario General Contractors.

    This company took a deposit of $33,000 from my elderly mother in April. They then basically ghosted us. They don't return phone calls, texts, or emails. This is August and they still have our deposit and refuse to respond. I am contacting my lawyer to see what can be done to recoup the money from the project that they didn't do. Do not use these clowns unless you enjoy being aggravated and ignored!

    We have already spoken last Wednesday August 9th. From what we discussed all the negative reviews were to be taken down. From what ****** discussed with you on Tuesday August 15th as a follow up because we were waiting to receive the survey from you, you found out that what you wanted to change the scope of work to would require a variance, so now you would like to change the scope to something else and were to email in the details. We have yet to receive said email and are looking forward to helping! Please remove this and any other negative reviews Please :)

    Do we know ***? Yes, we do and we are glad to have made his acquaintance!Our church recently had a very unusual and tricky ceiling repair that needed to be done in our sanctuary. Due to the difficulty of this project and the fact that it posed a safety concern, many contractors we talked with wouldnt even consider the project. ***************************** and his son were truly interested in the job and they turned a proposal in to us in a matter of hours. *** and ******* delivered on all their promises, completed the job on time and did everything we asked and more. ******* was our main contact and I personally found him very easy to work with. He responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had, and the crew was respectful of our sanctuary during this project. The repair is beautiful and our congregation can return to worshipping there knowing that the ceiling is safe and secure. We are very pleased with the work they have done, and we would highly recommend them!

    Joe Percario General Contractors is the BEST! They have been so professional, and made sure no stone was left untouched on the job. One of the few businesses out there that are concerned about the quality of work they are delivering and go above and beyond for the happiness of the customer. Highly, highly, highly recommend! I will be returning for any future construction needs, without a doubt.
