    We hire them to separate two apartments with a single boiler and add 1 new boiler to 1 Apt . They installed it incorrectly and both boilers existing and new that we purchased through them doesnt work . Refuses to come back and resolve the problem .

    To whom it may concern, 

    Please take notice that the work was completed and installed correctly.

    We pass all inspection - Plumbing, Electrical with the city of Union. 

    We test the unit with **** the supervisor present, we remove all 

    the are all the existing radiator in the apt. not part of our job..

    We replace some air valve and properly pitch radiator install incorrectly. 

    The job was completed and approve from the city. A copy of the approve 

    sticker was given to them. If you have any additional questions, please

    I am rejecting this response because:In response to this complaint . The unit was not installed correctly . I can provide statements from our tenants who will confirm they have not had heat for weeks . The issue with this work order has not been resolved.  Square's response is entirely false .
