    Purchased items from them and the box was tampered with during shipping. Items were removed from packing and then retapped and sent on their way. Of course when I received my order the box was empty accept for all the packing without any of the items I purchased. Contacted the company including pictures of the mess I received minus my merchandise and was told I need to wait and file a separate claim with another company in hopes of a resolution. Do not by from these people. You take a chance of not getting what you paid for without making it right when things go wrong.

    HORRIBLE! Purchased a bunch of **************** Chargers. I couldn't figure out why the pens would die so quick; hours to charge & dead in 1 use!!!The chargers are Junk also so they made it more difficult to figure out what's going on. After a few weeks of fighting batteries trying to figure out what's going on... THEY SOLD ME OLD BATTERIES THAT HAVE BEEN SITTING FOR A LONG TIME!!!! When you pay $140 for a bunch of junk; they Sellers are Crooks! Sleazy Crooks! I hope ***** bites them & takes them out of business!!! I use vape devices for Medical. This has made it very difficult to get the relief I need & the Stress just made me sicker!!! I honestly HATE this Company; and I don't ever use that word but I hate them! ????????????

    First off the website let me order something that was out of stock. After I changed the product type it took 5 days to get it when I paid ***** extra for 1-3 days shipping. The website also recommended the wrong power cord for the product and it doesn't fit. I asked for a refund on the express shipping or a store credit and was told the shipping is an estimate, What a scam!

    Zero stars. We bought 50 FUME vape pens from discount vape pen online. Less than 20 of the pens actually worked they were each supposed to have ***** bucks I don't think that we got ***** Puffs out of any most were dead out of the box. In essence Discount Vape Pen is 5 times as expensive as other stores since their products are defective. No one responds from customer support.
