    This was my first time ordering from here. The food was absolutely horrible! I spent almost $80 and did not eat more than half of it! I took the food back up there to show them how bad it was. First, the salmon burger was horrible! Its was flat like a pancake, very dry, and tasted like cardboard, tasted nothing like salmon. The bun was horrible and the sweet potato fries tasted like oil and they were dark. If you know anything about cooking you know when things are dark and taste like oil such as your fries and nuggets, it means theyre not changing the oil! It tasted dark oil. The meatball sub had no flavor and was *****. The turkey BLT the bread was rock hard, we had to take the turkey, bacon, lettuce and stuff out and put it in a wrap so it could be eaten because the bread it came on was inedible. The sandwich wasnt even cut evenly. The nachos were oily, again oil wasnt changed and you could taste it; the steak they used was the type of meat used for cheesesteak and it was *****. On top of all of this, it took over an hour to get our food and the place is literally like 5/7 mins up the street, everything was cold by the time we got it. So I called to complain and the person on the phone had an attitude. I asked to speak to the manager and someone said else comes on and tells me theres no manager there. I drove up there & took back some of the food to show them I wasnt lying. Again they say theres no manager but someone will call me tomorrow. Next day comes & I get no phone call, I call them back because I want to be refunded for half of my order at least. I again ask for the manager. They put me hold & ask me what was the nature of me wanting to speak to a manager, they ask was it about a complaint. I say yes and then they tell me the owner is not there. They ask me am I the one who complained last night and I say yes. I ask why is it that I have to call you and they should be calling me. I ask for a manager they tell me theres no manager, no resolution.
