    We have had only good experiences with this company. Have been a customer since 2000. Recently had our car in for service due to mice damage of the wiring. ***** in the service department went above & beyond what was expected. He kept us informed every step of the way. Even dealt with our insurance company not wanting to pay for something. He has serviced our cars for many ********** more than appreciate his knowledge & concern for Toyota customers.

    Purchased a BRAND new 4RUNNER from Runnemede Toyota. *** car was brought up from ********* which is 127 miles. *** vehicle was presented to us with 254 miles. ** new car smell. We inquired about the extra milage from our car sales person. He fumbled for words. Did we purchase a Demo or a new car?

    I had an unfortunate experience with Toyota of Runnemede, and their customer service was the worst I could have imagined. They were unprofessional, unserious about their work, and shockingly rude to customers. I strongly discourage anyone from visiting this dealership to avoid a similar nightmare. I called two hours in advance to inquire about a black Toyota RAV4 SE, and the representative, ******, assured me it was available and would be reserved for me. However, upon arrival, the manager apologized and said the car had been magically sold. I wasted $50 on gas only to find out the car was sold 30 minutes before I arrived. This dealership's lack of professionalism and disregard for customers' needs is appalling. I would give them 0 stars if possible. Save yourself the trouble and find a dealership that values its customers. Toyota of Runnemede is not worth your time or money.

    Called about a Toyota Prius Prime. Was told there was one available. Pushed back stating the website said it was in transit. The salesman promised they had one for sale. Also asked about markups. He said they only did MSRP. I again asked him to promise as this sounded too good to be true. It was. Drove two hours. No car available. Pressured to test drive a different vehicle. Offered to reserve said vehicle was told it would be a 5k markup. Lied to multiple times. Wasted 5 hours.

    Called to ask about Toyota CH-R price told over the phone 26k$ I went on the same day to buy they said there is 10k above MSRP !!!(scammers) Dishonest business.stay way from them

    Well let me start off by saying I was charge $63,000 for a 2021 Toyota Camry.. talk about price gouging!! now not only that not one not two but six hard inquiries, which made my credit score drop 100 points. This place is the biggest joke and now as of today theres a whole new staff because the head of the finance department actually took out a Toyota credit card in my name and used it and I was getting billed for it. I cant make this stuff up, I would love to sit down and talk to the owner and let him know whats going on in his business because theres so much more that I dont think anybody has the time to read
