    I cannot recommend doing business with this company. After taking my deposit, they stopped communicating entirely. I found their behavior to be highly unprofessional and disappointing.

    I've been working with Smart Property Solar for a several months now on a residential solar project in ****************, and they have really been excellent. As a homeowner trying to go solar, it doesn't take long to realize it's hard to know who to trust. I personally know a house down my street installed with a big company, his roof started leaking, and he needed to hire another company to come fix it. Bottom line.... you can trust these guys. My first impression was they were candid and helpful from the start, but as the project progressed they were always been very responsive (always called me back when I had questions), addressed my concerns and walked me through every step of the project. Most importantly they've been doing this long enough to understand what it takes to ensure a smooth, quality install, and they do it with integrity. I plan on using them again for a smaller job at my rental property, and would highly recommend them to anyone I know interested in getting solar for their home.
