    The state the room was left in before I arrived is unacceptable. At first I saw a dust ball on the floor and a possible bug or clump of something I wasn't going to get closer to. I could pass on it but I know it wasn't vacuumed. Then the counter tops were stained and broken, not the worst of ours clean. But it wasn't clean, it had spots of black dots stuck to it. So, the counter tops weren't wiped down. Then the air conditioner has dust on the base. The bathroom lining by the wall surrounding the sink has hair and dirt. All simple things that can be done. I called to get a different room but he said it was full. I didn't want to look further but once I wanted to go to bed I pulled the blanket back and there was a big blood stain in the middle. i had to sleep on top of the covers. I want a refund because nobody should pay for a room like this. The BBB has told against this.
