    On Friday March 22nd I scheduled an appointment for my mother on the website for 11:00am-11:50am. I used a gift certificate to pay including tip totalling $200. Since they do not have a location on their website, I had assumed they were at 4000 Xchange apartments, only to be told they moved. After numerous phone calls and voicemails which went unanswered I went to their Rutherford location which was posted on their Facebook. Only to be told by building owner that they haven't been there in months. I paid for a service which was never received. I received a text an hour and a half later stating that "they are on the road now." The option to book at their location should not have been an option if it wasn't available. I received no phone call or apologies for their mistake. I would like my refund credited to my card. After this experience I have no intention of using them again. This could have been easily avoided had someone called to rectify this matter.
