      On November 28th 2024, i went online to purchase tickets for our up coming ****** Trip to California, The ********** ****** **** ****** ** ***** to be exact, from a Travel Company TheFareHub, We were a Family of eight all traveling together. I paid for 8 tickets at the cost of $2660.99. I was told by the travel agent that my tickets will be available December 10th, and by the way this purchase and transaction was over the phone, the agent's name was Lin. December 10th my tickets were still not available, so i called TheFareHub and was told my ticket will be available the day before we fly. December 19th was our travel date. We were supposed to fly ****** Airlines from Chicago To Los Angeles at 06:15Am and arrive at 08:53AM. We did not board that flight we were told by ****** Airlines that flight was full next flight would be at 09:00am. So i called TheFarehub while at the airport to find out why we were not able to board our6am flight. TheFareHub told me we would be on the 09:00 flight. We managed to get our boarding passes and proceeded to security and to the boarding Gate. Time to board the plane, all eight of us were put aside the boarding line and told we did not check in. The ****** Airline manager was called, he explained that our tickets were Fraudulently purchased, meaning they were bought using other people's credit cards, and so the airline denied us travel to Los Angeles .I called TheFareHub and explained what they had done one to us, at that point i just wanted my refund from them, so they sent me an email stating they were refunding my money. We were devastated, ****** Airline refused to help. Our mission was to attend ****** at 7;30pm December 19th. so we picked up our bags and went to ******** Airlines who after explaining our situation were glad to assist us to get to **** ****** California. We had to purchase tickets and we flew to Los Angeles and back to Chicago with no issues . My refund was for January 3rd, up to now i have not received it yet

      Airfare quote by Farehub- Then Later increased the fare- Never provided any confirmations or communication that the air tickets were purchased.
