    Is this a reputable company? I ordered product and they received payment. I was sent an order confirmation but no shipping confirmation. Four weeks later no product. They don't answer the phone. I tried emailing, no response. I would not recommend

    I placed an order early this year for multiple 100' spools of colored beading wire. It was a $350 order. They sent the order totally without quite a few items, and some of the colors had 3 spools of 30' instead of one spool of 100'. There was NO mention of a credit until I called and left multiple messages with the amount that the credit should be (I went through and figured it out to the *****). Instead of crediting me the $150 or so that they shorted me, they credited about $100 and now I have to deal with the credit card company going back and forth for $50. It's hardly worth it, but I'll do it just because they're crooked. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! If I could leave minus stars, I would. What a scam.
