    In November of 2023 we hired *** ********************** to put in a new asphalt driveway. He completed the project and we were happy with the outcome. However since the a crack as you come in the driveway on the left side has developed. We called Mr ********************** several times, left messages, heard nothing. Finally we did get him on the phone. He said he was doing a project in the next town the following week and would have his ******* stop to see what was needed. Not sure if that happened as we heard nothing. After several more calls we got the same answer. Now after more calls & leaving messages stating if we didn't hear from him we would contact the BBB. Still no answer. That's why this complaint,hopefully the BBB can help & get this resolved.

    Hello,

    As we stated on the phone we would send out our ******* to see what the issue was, but depending on the weather it would most likely have to be repaired when the weather allows it. We did send our ******* out and are aware of the issue (cracks) and we will be in contact to repair the issue when we can. Our season typically ends beginning of December, but due to weather we have had to reschedule jobs. That being said we will be in contact with you very soon to fix this issue.

    I am rejecting Mr ************************ response because he has not provided an  actual time frame as to when he will complete the job. I understand it will be weather permitting, but I would appreciate a more definite time frame.

    I hired this Company to repave my driveway and replace a drain to remove rain water. The job was complated 7/30. On 9/12 after a heavy rain the drain popped up out of the asphalt, this caused damaged to the area around the drain rendering the drain ineffective. I notified the owner and he came out and marked the area to be replaced. I have made numerous calls since then to no avail. We had a long talk on 10/15. He told me the reason for delay was he had to have a paving job in the area to have hot asphalt available for the repair. After not hearing back by the end of the month I called 11/1. He advised me he had 2 jobs in my town and he would be here on 11/3 or 11/4. On the 3rd he called to tell me he would be out of the 5th. On the 4th he called to tell me he could . not get there till the 9th. That day came and no one showed and he never called. It has now been 2 months and I dont see any benefit to continue to call. The Company states that there is a 3 year Warranty with any needed repairs to be completed within 60 days. Hoping your intervention can help as my concern is with the cold weather on the way the freeze thaw cycle will accelerate the damage

     We have resolved this issue with the client already! The driveway was fixed the 19th with the owner home. If you would like you can contact said owner to confirm but everything is already taken care of.
