The guy working on my car could not fix the interior ambient light. I came back several times with no results. He got rude and nasty when I told him that the touchpad did not need to be fixed cause it was just off in the system. I called the insurance company to see if I can fix my car somewhere else and they told me that they paid broadway performance already for the ambient light and the touchpad and the door handle light. I knew something was up because they never touched the touchpad and it is still the original one that came with the car. ******** **** can verify that. The ambient light doesnt work still and they got paid for that. I even handed over pieces of clips I found on the floor after the repair and they said it was probably off the old unit. I just dont understand why would you want to get paid for things that dont work. Taking the resources my insurance company provides to fix the problem and not fixing it leaves the burden on me. I pay for insurance to avoid that. Not accomplishing tasks and saying you did is not a good way to conduct business. I even tried to come back another day and when I called the office number he said take it somewhere else. Im really disappointed and frustrated with the process. This is by far the worst experience I had with any auto repair business.
