    Horrible stale black and white cookies. $100 worth that are just going in the trash. Unhelpful customer service, refused to make it right. Clearly editing ****** reviews. Im going to make a video showing how rock hard and disgusting their trash cookies are and post it to social media. Ive had softer soda crackers.

    Furious about their unprofessionalism. This business is not set up for success. It has a fraud online sales strategy. I ordered $145 worth of macaroons online for baby shower and received majority of them completely melted, out of shape, unable to be used. When I asked for them for help with pictures sent, they said nothing can be done because I didnt spend extra money on insurance. In fact, they just told me to use the damaged macaroons. Would you serve these at your own baby shower?! Ill be looking into filing a lawsuit. I dont mind wasting couple thousand dollars to get this places business license suspended. This is a deceptive way of sales without consumer in mind. And if I dont action on it there will be more victims in the future. Happy to provide photos for these not edible goods.
