      I had a terrible experience with Credit Saint. Despite being with them for 5 months, they failed to remove a single item from my credit report. Their website clearly promises a 90-day money-back guarantee if no items are removed yet they flat-out refused to honor it.Customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. I never received any real updates, evidence, or documentation showing that any work was being done on my behalf. It felt like they were just taking my money and doing nothing in return.The positive reviews seem suspicious at best. In my experience, this company is a complete scam misleading policies, no transparency, and zero results. Save your money and

      I was scammed by this company. I was charged monthly for a year and my issue I asked them to challenge wasnt handled until I hounded them and expressed my frustration for their lack of progress on the matter. I had not heard from them for months after signing up. I called them after 90 days and thats when I learned that they got started on my claim. They came up with excuses as to why they never started when they could have called me for the information they needed. After that distressful phone call, they told me to give them another 90 days. Again time goes by and I do not hear from them so I had to call again to request the status and here is when I lose it. They tell me they were missing another piece of information so they could not start on challenging my claim. I asked why did you not call me or email me requesting the information you required? And the associate was silent. They did not do what they were hired to do and only taking my money and contacting me when not receiving their payment. Finally, after hounding them and calling them to do their job, they worked on my claim and it got settled. HOWEVER, I only found this out after receiving a letter from the company imposing the charge AND NOT CREDIT SAINT. They continued to charge me without updating me. Again I called them for a status update months after the letter was received, they told me to give them another 90 days to work on it. I confronted the associate and told her I received a letter that the dispute was settled and how did they not know that it was settled. The associate stayed quiet so I cancelled their services there and then. She had the audacity to tell me to stay as they were trying to fix my credit report. I lost it again and told her that I never hired them to fix my credit report as I only hired Credit Saint to fix the one issue I asked them to. They are trash and I highly discourage anyone who wants their services. no transparency and no honesty! I do not and will never recommend!

      They Made It Right After some miscommunication, Credit Saint really stepped up. A representative personally called me every day, even leaving voicemails, and offered to work on my account for 90 days at no charge. That kind of personal attention really meant a lot. I appreciate their effort to fix the issue and take care of me as a client.

      CREDIT SAINT IS A SCAM L, FRAUD ALERT! Save money horrible company with fake reviews...credit saint removed nothing from my credit report in 5 months and refused to give me my 90 day return iIF nothing was removed...ON WEBSITE CLEARLY STATES 90 MONEY BACK GAURANTEE! They did not honor there return policy...terrible custermer service! I have no evidence or proof they done anything on my behave they just collected money, no results and no refund the are a complete fraud.

      SCAMMERS THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU AFTER NOT BEING ABLE TO REMOVE BAD MARKS FROM YOUR CREDIT HISTORY, THEIR WEBSITE IS A LIE AND REVIEWS ARE FAKE ... TRULY SHAMEFUL PEOPLE ...NOTHING SHORT OF THIEVES
